Digital engagement feedback for Saagu Baagu

Brief feedback on expectations on digital engagement for the Saagu Baagu project by the Department. Although the event was to preset FarmStack. Farm Stack feedback will be recorded separately in the respective project.

Department is paying Rs. 6000 / Month for CRP salaries in Saagu Baagu project for the Khammam region.
Total 32 CRPs have been engaged for 10 Months.
They are looking for mobile app metrics and also tracking CRP real-time activities.
Currently, it’s very manual and they are not happy about it as it doesn’t provide any transparency.
Consent video and consent collection become irrelevant as CRPs are entering the data at a later stage.
They are looking for a dashboard that reflects real-time time activities and reports from the ground.
In the weekly meetings, they would like to see such reports rather than PPT screens.
They find the PG Officer application and dashboard web application very entry-level and were blunt enough to say that it looks like some college-going student has developed it.
They were also very open to strongly stating that Digital Green is not justifying the word “Digital” in the company name as they were expecting a lot of digital tools to make the project easy to execute, but there are none. Department has more apps than Digital Green.
They insisted to innovate in terms of applications so that Digital Green’s digital enablement role is justified other than the field-level project execution.
They feel that what they are requesting is reasonable and can be easily used in other projects too.
Other than this overall they are happy with the engagement.
