I have a few ideas on how we can proceed with presenting this to our various stakeholders:
Please note that these are my 2cents and open to discussing more on top of this:

This can be used as an opening slide

Defining the persons - 

1. F.H.I or F.H.O.

– Our partners(internal and external) who help in collecting data, training, M&E, and aggregation from LH and RH(input and output) - Farmer Helpers Input(FHI) and Farmer Helpers Output(FHO) - they don't need a Presentation
2. F.B.

–- All farmer orgs or any other company who will receive benefits - funding, market linkages, input subsidiaries, asset purchasers, SHG's, FPO's, FPC's , Borrowers etc are under Beneficiaries and Diplomats or bureaucrats(ground level) - F.B's - Funding Beneficiaries - They need a presentation

3. F.F.

--  All F.I's, Banks, NBFC's, Lenders, Donors, Investors, Funders, etc are hereby referred as - Farm Funders - top-level bureaucrats- They need a presentation

4. P.D.G and P.D.T. – All the players involved in the marketplace, that we support in long run by proving data we collected, and refined through FarmStack are called Participants - they in turn divided into -Data Givers and Data Takers - P.D.G and P.D.T. - They need a presentation.

Based on the persona (who are the consumers of this slide), let's try to limit this to 10-12 slides)

1. Common slides for all parties - Who are we? what we have done till now?

What is the problem? Why now? What is the proposed solution? What is the impact we are going to create? Our team and questions

• Slides for F.B's : Funding criterion, Data aggregation slide, how we work, model of finance, return harvesting, project reports, before and after finance, technology slide(KDE and FS), training

• Slides for F.F.'s: Why are we doing this?  Tech, blockchain possibilities, returns on investment, models we are trying, pilot learnings, how big is this problem?, roadmap

• Slides for P.D.G and P.D.T : Our tech stacks, opportunities in data sharing, who are we, F.S. functionalities
