Meeting with JSLPS

We got an opportunity to meet JSPLS executive team with whom we work on the projects.

Following was the brief discussion:

1. Mr. Arif (SPM) was very happy about this visit and suggested engineers spend 15 days in the village with the farmers and tribal members to understand their issues in more in-depth.

2. They are very happy about DG Video products and they find videos as one of the most impact creating tools.

3. They appreciated that Pulses and Sarso models given by DG and really happy about it.

4. The tech team there has developed a suite of tech applications for FPC ERP. We had received the demo credentials, but the work is in progress and they would like to know our feedback.

5. After all the good things, Mr. Arif asked us what was our objective of this visit, and when we explained and stated some facts about the ground, he opened up the achievements of the current program.

6. He suggested that to come up with a model which we can mobilize to all the regions.

7. They want us to guide them on how to use technology effectively.

8. They agree that clear business plans and governance training are needed constantly for building the capacities of the FPCs and gradually exiting from them.

9. AKM/PG officers/Community resource persons are key personas and they know that monthly payment was not released to them because which they are not motivated.

10. They don’t know how and for what purpose to release 1.8 Cr to each FPC that has been released by the govt.

11. They insisted to come back with plans and different models ASAP which can be piloted immediately.

12. They also insisted to DG market the initiatives and accomplishments more loudly in the media and forums.

13. They have a small demo store of Palash Brand on the ground floor.
