  1. What is the most useful data the scorecard has?(we can work on it further).

  2. What is the most irrelevant data the scorecard has?(we can remove it from the card).

  3. Are you looking for any specific information which is not present in the  scorecard?(we shall add it).

  4. Do you understand the scorecard completely?(If the answer is ‘No’, what is it that he is not able to understand?).

  5. If you want to change any one thing about the scorecard, what would it be?

  6. What is the best method for the scorecard to reach you? Through WhatsApp or IVR or Physical card Or through a VRP(in his mobile/tab)?

  7. Any suggestions?
