Where do we want to be on each of the key worksteams and who is the point person responsible to make that happen?

Gelsey: overall coordination

1) CSA practice identification and dissemination

  • Lead: Falguni

  • Goal(s):

    • Get JEEViKA buy-in a district and/or state level on rabi practices suggested by technical partners and Convergence platform

    • Develop and begin executing a plan for how practices vetted by technical partners will be integrated with JEEViKA programming

2) Credible and cost effective data collection at scale; tools and methodology

  • Lead: Falguni w support from Ashok

  • Goals:

    • Test validation logic at the point of data entry

    • Improved workflow and tracking as entries from collection -> verification; process and tracking dashboards in place that that can support 1,600 farmers and payments to 40 VRPs

    • Complete a small experiment with Surveystack for data collection

3) Accurate emission estimates through  model inter- comparison + calibration / validation

  • Lead: Kira???

  • Goals

    • Agreements executed with all three model developers

    • Ensure we have captured and share all data required for generating estimates for 250 farmers for kharif season with modelers

    • Understand what data EDF can share and calibration process

4) Design and demonstrate farmer value proposition of data wallet

  • Goals:

    • ??

5) Comms, advocacy and knowledge sharing

  • Lead: Krish

  • Goals:

    • Refine narrative for policymakers in Bihar
