Summary report of the GT Agri Business Promotion Unit (ABPU), a two year program where GT handheld 30 FPOs across West Bengal, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh.

 

A couple things to callout:

  • Created a checklist to assess FPO maturity; there are a few other examples of this incl S3IDF (will add others) (see p. 19)

  • Claim the following progress in two years (p. 32):

    • Incubation: 11 FPOs started in this stage there were 0 remaining here by the end of two years

    • Growth: 14 to 6

    • Expansion: 5 to 20

    • Maturity: 0 to 4
