“In this toolkit, an attempt has been made to ensure a clear and cohesive communication among the FIG members, Leader1, Leader2, FPO management and BoDs of FPOs by developing five tools that is to be used by the FPO stakeholders. Each tool ensures that right information flows from bottom up in the hierarchy of FPO structure.

 

Farming Check-up checklist

For the FPO to function effectively, collecting data from the member farmers on a regular basis is required. FIG meetings conducted every month should be used in an effective manner to collate information on the farmers’ activities. The checklist is short which makes it easy for
farmers to share the details within two to three minutes.
