KDE Product Research and Impact Assessment
Objectives
Better understand the "PG officer" user persona
Develop a hypothesis for which data makes sense to capture at a farmer level PG vs what is better done via sampling, or perhaps aggregated at the PG group level.Â
Understand the impact of KDE. Right now, I don't think we will have a lot of data and should gather qualitative feedback, esp from the FPO CEO (and maybe the supporting resource agencies) and PG officers.Â
Inform KDE roadmap (eg, do we want to test benchmarking?)
Â
User: FPO CEO
How often do you use the dashboard to view aggregated data?
Has seeing aggregated data on marketplace surplus helped you execute sales with buyers? (Probes: Provide information on saleable quantity, help negotiation for better rate)
Are you aware or digital catalogue? How often do you update the digital catalogue? How does help you? How this can be more useful to you?
Has seeing aggregated data on input requirements helped you negotiate better terms on inputs?
What more would you like to see in the dashboard?
On a scale on 1 to 10 would you recommend KDE to other FPO CEOs?
How does KDE heled you saving your time and eased you work?
What do you think, if  data available on the KDE dashboard should be verified? How often do you verify it?
Â
User: PG Officer
Do you capture information on paper or rely entirely on KDE?
Is there information you feel is important to capture that is not captured in KDE?
How do you share the data with the farmers? (Probes: In PG Meetings etc.)
How easy or difficult you find the data collection using KDE as compered to previous data collection without KDE?
What is your motivation to enter data in KDE?
Â
User: Farmer Member (note, they are not directly using KDE but still important to understand)
Do you have a smartphone in your household? Do you have access to it? How about a feature phone?
Have you sold any output through the FPO? Why or why not?
Have you purchased any inputs through the FPO? Why or why not?
Why did you join the FPO? Â Â
