  • April 1, 2022 – Mid Year Review

  • December 1, 2023 - Annual Technical and Financial Report (Final Report)

 For each requirement, there is both a short-written deliverable and a strategic reflection call to be held subsequently. I’m attaching the templates for each of two reporting types (Mid Year, Annual). The purpose of these requirements is to ensure there are periodic check-points for us to step back and reflect on how the work is proceeding and whether there are changing circumstances that may lead us to make adjustments moving forward. Our focus is on creating space for learning, and so you’ll see that our templates ask for brief strategic updates and do not ask for a detailed list of all activities or tasks completed. Please focus on important progress towards the outcomes and objectives, and analysis of key external factors enabling or hindering that progress. All reports can be submitted by email to reporting@sequoiaclimate.org, copying me and Amit.
