In this episode, we tried to plan a multi-region field visit to get a sense of the journey of each actor in their respective regions.

We wanted to understand:

  • Who are the different actors

  • Their current journey

  • What are their goals?

  • Incentives

  • Pain points /obstacles in achieving the goals
