Connector Pub/discovery

Requirement

1. User needs to be able to search in a drop down in UI as free text a) connector, b) owner organization, c) dataset name

2. The connector information should be shown to the user including the usage policy

3. While creating connector a user should be able to toggle and make the connector or data description discoverable and every discoverable connector is visible to all the nodes

Services being thought of for connectors

1. Service for reading connector self-description

2. Service for writing it to a DB (MYSQL/ PostGreSQL)

3. Service completing registration of connector (check if it is written, valid certificate etc)

4. Service for indexing (for quick search)

5. Service for search (querying indexed files)

6. Service for publish
