Problem Statement

Currently the PxD team interacts with 8028 data through a series of manual processes, including:

Uploading phone numbers from the LOL excel database
Uploading audio content
Pushing audio content to specified phone numbers
Extracting push call data in CSV files
Performing analysis within the web portal and outside of the web portal via the SQL database
Extracting inbound call log files for other analysis including cross checking adoption survey data
