Content Identification and Dissemination | Expansion: Expansion is planned in the 7 districts recommended by CSISA (refer to Andy’s ppt), Gopalgunj, Madhepura, Purnia, Saharsa, Siwan, Vaishali, W.Champaran. It has been verbally communicated to, JEEViKA has asked for an activity plan for these 7 districts that is already been shared to them, waiting for their feedback and communication to the districts. Video Dissemination training is completed in Purnia, Madhepura, Siwan, Vaishali and W.Champaran. Training of rest 3 districts will be completed hopefully in May. We will be majorly focusing on VBE, and will explore the possibility of WA as a reinforcement channel for pico areas and for reach in non-pico areas. Tracking reach and adoption: JEEViKA has developed an app and a web based dashboard to track the reach of viewership. The app is under trial and hopefully will be formally launch by end of June. JEEViKA agreed to share us dissemination data from the dashboard. We will not have data on reach until the app is rolled out. JEEViKA currently have no plan to include adoption data in the app. We need to explore with the districts whether we can have any proxy or survey based thing that we can do in the absence of this data. Timeline/ milestones for video production and dissemination is shown below the table. N optimization: Land preparation (formula from andy, how to convert to a video).
